This module resolves issues with email delivery and spam filtering when using the boxed version of "Bitrix24: Corporate Portal" with external email services. The standard sending mechanism often spoofs the sender address, which triggers security policies of email providers. For instance, Yandex may quickly block such messages as spam, while Mail.ru completely prevents sending when sender spoofing is detected.
This solution replaces the standard sending mechanism. Emails are sent from the actual sender's account rather than by spoofing the address. To email providers, these messages appear identical to those sent via a standard email client, eliminating blocks caused by sender spoofing.
The module extends the capabilities of the built-in 'Mail' component in 1C-Bitrix24 by adding support for external email services such as Gmail, Office365, Yahoo, Yandex.Mail, Mail.ru, and others. It enables sending messages directly from the 'Mail' section using email templates, as well as triggering emails through the CRM system, bots, and business processes.
