What this solution does
The Compliance with Federal Law 168 module for 1C-Bitrix identifies potentially problematic foreign words and inscriptions on a website. The tool checks published pages, source data, information block elements and properties, language files, templates, email templates, and supported e-commerce data. For each finding, the system displays the applicable rule, importance level, address or source, the detected text, and a recommendation. The utility suggests Russian replacements and helps generate a correction plan, enabling users to start with fixes that affect the largest number of pages. This self-check tool is designed for website owners, editors, and content specialists to ensure compliance with consumer information requirements.
Handling of identified violations is performed directly within the administrative panel: you can mark corrected or acceptable cases, return tasks to work, and add trademarks or other exceptions to the whitelist. The system maintains a detailed decision log that records the author, date, and justification for every status change. Built-in dictionaries can be expanded with custom terms and Russian replacement variants. The module supports repeated and scheduled checks, testing of individual fragments in a sandbox, and exporting results to CSV format.
The module supports multiple websites within a single 1C-Bitrix installation and provides granular access control: viewing reports, running checks and analyzing findings, as well as full management of settings and dictionaries. All checks are performed on your server without transferring website content to external cloud services.
