Business Process Scheduler is a module for automatically launching business process templates in the standard 1C-Bitrix version according to a specified schedule. The solution allows launching business processes without manual user intervention: by time, day of the week, day of the month, or at a specified interval.
Business Process Scheduler is a module for automatically launching business process templates in the standard 1C-Bitrix version according to a specified schedule. The solution allows launching business processes without manual user intervention: by time, day of the week, day of the month, or at a specified interval. This is convenient for regular document processing, periodic checks, mass launching of processes, and automating repetitive operations.
The module supports launching templates on a schedule and creating multiple independent schedules. Three object selection modes are available: for a single document, for documents by filter, or for all documents. Users can configure the schedule type: one-time launch, daily, weekly, monthly, or launch by interval. The system automatically calculates the next launch date, displays the date of the last execution and the number of executions, and maintains an execution results log.
The solution is used for regularly launching business processes for deals, leads, contacts, and companies, mass processing of documents by filter, performing periodic checks and service tasks, and automating repetitive actions without employee involvement.
After installation, the module adds a dedicated section to the administrative menu for creating and configuring schedules. Schedule validation is performed automatically by the Bitrix agent.
The solution is designed to work with business process templates, as well as CRM documents and lists in the standard Bitrix platform version, provided the business processes module is installed.
