More than 1,500 companies use the platform.
The system integrates online channels and offline stores within a single loyalty program. The online store connects to BonusPlus via 1C-Bitrix integration, while separate integrations are available for offline sales with compatible cash registers, trading, and accounting systems. This allows businesses to manage customers across all sales channels in a unified environment.
The system supports the following configurations:
- creation of a bonus program;
- setup of a cumulative discount system;
- formation of discount-bonus programs;
- definition of bonus accrual and redemption rules;
- establishment of loyalty conditions for specific products and groups;
- generation of coupons;
- issuance of gift and congratulatory bonuses.
BonusPlus enables automatic customer reactivation, implements a referral program called 'Invite a Friend', and collects reviews with NPS scoring.
The platform goes beyond simple bonus accrual and redemption, offering tools for managing the customer base, analyzing purchase history, and working with customer segments. Built-in analytics and reporting allow for studying purchasing behavior, forming customer groups, and increasing repeat sales.
The system supports the configuration of service and marketing communications, including notifications about bonus operations, greetings, personalized offers, and alerts about expiring bonuses. The available channels and interaction scenarios are determined by the account configuration.
The solution unifies loyalty for both online stores and retail. In addition to integration with 1C-Bitrix, BonusPlus supports ready-made connections to popular trading, cash register, and accounting systems: 1C, MoySklad, Frontol, Evotor, ModulKassa, iiko, InSales, Bitrix24, and Koshelek. The BonusPlus API is available for connecting custom websites, applications, and other systems.
The module unifies an online store and retail locations into a single loyalty program, enabling customer management through the BonusPlus platform. A valid BonusPlus account is required for the module to function.

Send SMS and Email from Order
The module allows sending SMS and/or email to the buyer from the order view mode, for example, to transmit a waybill number. Recipient contacts are automatically retrieved from the order properties, but can be changed to arbitrary values before sending.
