What this solution does
This module provides integration between the iiko system and websites for restaurants, cafes, and food outlets. It supports operation via the iikoTransport API (iikoCloud) and the iikoDelivery service. Full synchronization is implemented for restaurant data and menus, including both general and external catalogs.
Important update in version 6.0.0: the address format has been changed. Detailed information is available at g-rain-design.ru/blog/posts/iikotransport-new-address-format/.
The solution requires the use of specialized components from the module rather than standard catalog and order components. Standard components are not supported due to the specific logic of iiko modifiers, which allow for an infinite number of combinations and dynamic price calculation. For the catalog, only the add-to-cart function is available. For order checkout, the grain:iiko.order component must be used, as it is designed specifically for food outlets, unlike the standard component intended for online stores. When integrating into ready-made solutions, layout adaptation to the module's components may be required.
The module provides synchronization with the iiko system, including support for dish modifiers. Customers can select options during checkout, while unnecessary or internal modifiers can be disabled on the website side. Scale sizes for dishes are also supported, available exclusively via the iikoTransport API.
Orders are automatically exported to the iiko system. When used with the ready-made RESTRIO restaurant website solution, only module configuration is required; no additional layout integration work is needed.
The solution supports restaurant chains with individual menus for each location within a single API account. To connect multiple accounts, the "iiko Restaurant Chain" extension module must be purchased.
It includes a specially designed checkout component tailored to restaurant needs, featuring a shopping cart.
Users can configure order payments using any method, including acquiring services, by utilizing any payment processor compatible with Bitrix.
Delivery zones are synchronized with automated address selection during the ordering process. If needed, the system can automatically calculate delivery costs based on API data for the selected address.
Pickup points (delivery terminals) are synchronized, allowing customers to select a specific point during checkout.
The module enables creating discounts in Bitrix and exporting them to iiko orders either as a discount with an arbitrary amount or as a separate payment in bonus currency. It supports integration with the iikoCard bonus system and the application of discounts defined directly in iiko, provided the 'iikoCard and iiko discounts synchronization' extension is installed. Component templates are built on Bootstrap 4 and above, facilitating customization to modern designs. The module synchronizes order statuses from iiko to Bitrix. All actions, including synchronization errors, are logged in detail in the event journal. A documented API is available for developers.
General iT can install “Integration with iiko”, configure its settings and verify its operation in the existing project.
