What this solution does

The SMART-warehouses module extends system functionality, enabling the generation of links to detailed warehouse pages based on internal ID, symbolic code, or external code, including the creation of SEO-friendly URLs. For each warehouse, users can specify the city of location, add additional phone numbers, and upload photos of the interior, exterior, and entrance. On the warehouse list page, items are grouped by city, with each location displayed as a marker on Yandex Maps. Images are presented as a slider on the detailed page. The module also supports exporting organization and warehouse data to an XML feed for upload to Yandex.Business.

The module is guaranteed to work in the Business edition version 23.675.0 and higher. Configuration settings include an option to enable data export to an XML file for feed generation. Users can also configure the warehouse selection parameter, which defines the identifier used in components to build links to warehouse detail pages.

Warehouse settings include the following parameters:

Phone extension. Allows adding an extension number to the main warehouse phone number. This parameter is also supported by the XML feed.

The module architecture features the SMART-warehouses complex component, which handles the generation of the warehouse list and detail page. The Warehouses List component manages city-based grouping, displays markers on Yandex Maps based on specified coordinates, and generates links to detail pages. The Warehouse Information component renders extended data retrieved from custom fields.

The 'Warehouse Stock Levels' component displays a list of locations where the selected product is available, showing remaining quantities. It generates links to detailed warehouse pages based on the warehouse selection parameters.

The fsoft.stores.bootstrap_v4 template for the 'Catalog' complex component adds the following capabilities:

- Specifying the path to the warehouse information section;

- Enabling CHPU support for warehouse pages;

- Generating links to detailed pages based on selection parameters.

When adding components to the public site section, users can configure the use of Bootstrap and jQuery libraries from the 1C-Bitrix core. All other parameters match standard component settings.

The SMART-warehouses module automatically generates an XML file containing warehouse data for export to Yandex.Business. The file is updated automatically when warehouses are added, modified, or deleted by a background service. Manual updates can be triggered from the site's administrative panel by activating the service and setting the date for the next run. If the service is managed by the system cron scheduler, the file is updated only at the next scheduled run rather than immediately after data changes. The export directory can be changed in the module settings. By default, the file is exported to the site domain with the path feed/branches.xml.
