The module includes a system for identifying anomalous behavior to enhance the security of corporate data.

The DIGIpass module for Bitrix24 provides centralized password storage with advanced auditing capabilities. Administrators can configure viewing limits for credentials, specifying the maximum number of passwords and the time interval allowed before a violation is recorded. If suspicious activity is detected, the system automatically sends a notification.

The built-in event log ensures full transparency by recording who viewed or modified specific passwords and when these actions occurred. This enables rapid incident investigation and identification of the causes behind suspicious behavior.

Data is stored in encrypted form directly within the Bitrix24 corporate portal. Protection relies on the MD5 encryption algorithm combined with an additional encrypted key configured after module installation. This approach ensures password security even in the event of unauthorized access attempts.
