What this solution does
The Bussol module combines popular messengers, an online chat, and a feedback form into a single widget for 1C-Bitrix. Site visitors can quickly choose their preferred communication method, while administrators automatically receive inquiries via email, Telegram, MAX, and Bitrix24 CRM. The widget is deployed automatically without requiring manual component placement or template modifications.
All communication channels are consolidated in one interface:
Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX, and VKontakte;
public Bitrix24 online chat via a link;
built-in feedback form;
up to 30 custom buttons with unique links and icons for each site.
Inquiries are processed in the tools used by your team:
email notifications sent through Bitrix mail events;
Telegram notifications via the Telegram Bot API;
MAX notifications via the MAX Bot API delivered to chats, channels, or direct messages;
automatic creation of leads and contacts in Bitrix24 CRM via HTTPS webhooks.
The feedback form allows configuration of the Name, Phone, Email, and Message fields, including their mandatory status and consent for personal data processing. Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk. The module also provides inquiry tracking and spam protection.
The administrative panel includes a request log displaying the date, source website, message content, and delivery status. To prevent spam, the module features a built-in arithmetic CAPTCHA or integration with Yandex SmartCaptcha. The system automatically limits request frequency and blocks automated submissions. Yandex Metrica goals are configured to track widget opening, navigation to a messenger, and form opening and successful submission.
The widget appearance is highly customizable. The button can be positioned at the bottom-left, bottom-right, or bottom-center. Users can adjust colors, button and icon sizes, and spacing. Animation options include expanding circles, pulsing, swaying, or no animation at all. Display conditions can be set separately for specific website pages and device types.
This module is designed for the 1C-Bitrix platform. It supports multisite setups with individual settings for each site, operates correctly in composite mode, and installs automatically without requiring manual component invocation. Management is handled within the Bussol section of the administrative panel. The solution is suitable for online stores, service companies, corporate websites, and projects hosting multiple sites on a single 1C-Bitrix installation.
Technical requirements: 1C-Bitrix (Site Management), PHP 8.2 or higher, and MySQL or MariaDB databases. External integrations require PHP cURL and properly configured HTTPS certificate verification.
Integration with Telegram and MAX requires creating dedicated bots and obtaining tokens. For MAX, you must additionally specify the recipient ID and grant the bot access rights to a specific chat, channel, or dialogue.
Connection to Bitrix24 CRM requires configuring an HTTPS webhook with appropriate permissions. The Bitrix24 chat button opens a public link rather than embedding the native chat interface directly onto the page.
Yandex SmartCaptcha operation requires service keys. Terms of use and any payments for external services are determined by their respective providers.
After installation, select the target website, configure communication channels, and explicitly enable the widget.
