The Bquadro Redirects module resolves broken link issues and enhances user experience. It allows creating and editing redirect rules directly within the admin panel without developer involvement. Installation and initial setup are performed via console commands. Creating a rule requires specifying the source and target URLs.
The Bquadro Redirects module resolves broken link issues and enhances user experience. It allows creating and editing redirect rules directly within the admin panel without developer involvement.
Installation and initial setup are performed via console commands. Creating a rule requires specifying the source and target URLs. Redirects are implemented with the 301 Moved Permanently status for proper search engine handling. The redirect table is preserved in the database even after the module is uninstalled. Request processing is integrated via the OnPageStart event.
After installation, a Highload block named Redirects appears in the Content section. Each rule is added as a separate record. Enter relative links without the domain name in the fields and activate the status toggle.
Mass upload
The updated module version now supports mass loading a list of redirects from a CSV file where fields are separated by semicolons. The file is uploaded via the module settings.
