The "Free Space and Backup Control" module does not function in "1C-Bitrix" versions below 17.0 due to the absence of required events in the backup system code. Module purpose: monitor free space on the hard drive of the server where the solution is installed.
Capabilities:
Sends email notifications when free disk space falls below the configured threshold, as well as upon errors or successful completion of regular backups (if corresponding settings are enabled).
Important: The module operates only when regular automated backups are configured. It does not function during manual backup creation.
Additional options:
Interrupts the backup process if disk space is insufficient.
Automatically deletes old backup files when free space drops below the configured limit.
The module sends SMS notifications to specified numbers upon failure of regular backups or when free disk space falls below the configured threshold. The threshold value is set in the module parameters. This functionality requires the prior installation of the free askaron.sms module.

UPDATE HISTORY
Adapted the solution to meet the new requirements of the 1C-Bitrix platform version 20.100.0 — remove the 'mbstring.func_overload' value. The module works with both old and new versions of the 1C-Bitrix core. Fixed language phrases.
New option: 'Disallow scheduled backup execution'
