What this solution does
The module automates the publication of content from website info blocks (news, articles, announcements, products) into channels, groups, or chats on the MAX platform. This maintains content freshness in the messenger without manual copying or formatting.
When an info block element is created or modified, the system generates a post based on standard fields: title, description for the announcement, and image for the announcement. The description supports formatting tags: i or em for italics, b or strong for bold, del or s for strikethrough, ins or u for underline, a for links, mark for highlighted text, and blockquote for quotes. A "More details" button is automatically added to each post, linking to the full version of the material on the website.
The module supports immediate automatic publication upon adding an element and allows scheduling posts for a specific time. Editing a material on the website automatically updates the corresponding post in MAX. Additionally, the system enables publishing from multiple info blocks into a single chat or channel.
The module supports multi-site operation, allowing separate information blocks, bots, and target chats or channels to be configured for each site. It includes the ability to specify a unique image for publication in the MAX system.
Technical requirements
The module is compatible with the standard information block structure of the Bitrix platform. The cURL extension must be enabled on the hosting server, which is a standard option for most providers. Automatic installation of Ministry of Digital Development certificates requires the exec function to be enabled on the server.
Setup takes a few minutes: specify the bot token, chat ID, and map the information blocks.
If “Autoposting to MAX (MAX)” fits the task, General iT can install the module, configure it and verify the result in the project.
