What this solution does
The ALSYST module automatically associates companies with tasks created from groups or projects. The mapping between companies and groups is configured manually, allowing one or multiple companies to be linked to a single group. The process runs without user intervention, while mapping settings are accessible only to administrators.
Operation principle: when a task is created from a group, a link to the corresponding company is automatically added based on the configured mapping. Due to specific architectural features of Bitrix24, the addition of companies may experience a slight delay.
Configuring the mapping:
Navigate to the site's administrative section, go to 'Services', select 'ALSYST: Adding a company to a task from a group and project', and activate the 'Map company to group or project' function.
In the interface, locate the required company by name or ID and select it from the dropdown list. Then find the target group or project by name or ID and select it from the list as well.
In Bitrix24, secret groups are hidden by default. To add a company to a task from such a group, enter the secret group or project ID in the 'Enter secret group or project ID' field and click 'Add mapping'.
For mappings where the group has no name, you can add a comment with the group or project name, then click 'Save'.
To delete a mapping, check the 'Delete' box in the table and click 'Save'.
This application is useful for working with client tasks and projects in groups. All tasks created from a group are automatically linked to the corresponding company, allowing tasks to be filtered by both groups and companies.
Important: The application runs in the background without user interaction, so access rights do not need to be assigned. If rights are assigned, the application will only trigger for the administrator and users granted specific rights to this application. Alternatively, you can grant access rights to all users.
