Ultra - Exchange with 1C:Enterprise: contracts, debts and documents in the B2B cabinet

What this solution does

Ultra Exchange with 1C:Enterprise is an add-on to the Akizo: Ultra solution. In the personal cabinet, the buyer sees the contract, limit, debt, and closing documents from the store's accounting system. During order placement, the site checks the limit and overdue status.

The module works only together with the Akizo: Ultra solution. Exchange requires a 1C:Enterprise extension from Akizo, which is included in the purchase.

The B2B cabinet displays the contract number, credit limit and its current balance, payment deferral terms, total and overdue debt, and the responsible manager. During order placement, the system automatically blocks payment by invoice if the limit is exceeded or if the contract prohibits overdue debt. Orders that have not yet been loaded into the accounting system are already taken into account when calculating the remaining limit.

The B2B cabinet provides access to shipment documents, including universal transfer documents (UTD) and TOORG-12 forms, along with payment invoices and reconciliation statements. All printable forms can be downloaded as PDF files. These PDFs are stored in a secure area outside the website's root directory and are accessible only to authorized organization members.

The Ultra Exchange with 1C:Enterprise extension operates in read-only mode for accounting system data. The only write operation is creating a reconciliation statement for the period requested by the buyer. The extension generates and posts the Reconciliation Statement document with the comment Generated by request from the website. The ability to create statements can be disabled in the extension form.

Compatibility. The solution operates on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3.27 platform and later versions. It supports the Trade Management 11.5 configuration (verified on release 11.5.22). Compatibility for Comprehensive Automation 2.5 and ERP 2.5 requires verification before purchase. The required version of the Akizo: Ultra extension is 0.63.7 and later.

Security. Each extension request is signed by the node key using the HMAC-SHA256 algorithm. Protection against replay attacks and rate limiting is implemented. Exchange data is stored on the site for one year and then automatically deleted.
