What this solution does

The module extends the standard capabilities of Bitrix24 business processes by introducing a three-branch routing tool for documents and tasks. The 'Triple Document Approval' activity features three customizable buttons with distinct response options, such as 'Approve', 'Reject', or 'Send for Revision'. Selecting an option triggers a specific set of actions, including sending notifications, creating tasks, updating statuses, or transitioning to the next process stage.

The third branch provides flexibility by preventing dead-end scenarios where revision is needed without a full rejection. This eliminates the need for manual process restarts and ensures transparency through clear logging of the reasons for selecting each branch in the business process history.

The solution is suitable for contract approval with revision loops, marketing material validation, request control with data clarification, and report approval workflows.

The administrator defines branch names and the actions assigned to each. When a business process participant selects an option, the system automatically executes the assigned actions, such as sending the document for revision and notifying the responsible person.
