The admin panel offers a convenient master plan editor. Tools allow drawing rectangles, ellipses, and polygons, undoing actions, using grids, and aligning elements. Plots are selected from a list.
The plot catalog supports filtering by status, area, price, and construction phase. Individual plot pages feature photos, technical specifications, and location markers on the master plan.
The site includes house projects, a service catalog with ordering options (mortgage, construction, landscaping, maintenance), infrastructure details, news, and construction progress reports.
The request system handles applications for plots, houses, and services, allowing users to view request statuses and request callback notifications. Requests appear in a list with current statuses, and email notifications are sent automatically.
A dedicated page for managing plot statuses and prices enables managers to update all plot parameters simultaneously via a single form. Changes are instantly reflected on the website's interactive master plan.
The installation wizard includes demo data: 59 plots, 4 house projects, and a pre-configured master plan.
