The user authentication process is intuitive. The user enters their phone number into a form, receives a callback number on the screen, and makes the call. Upon connection, the system automatically creates or locates the user account in Bitrix and logs them in. The entire process takes less than 30 seconds.

The call is completely free for the user, including while roaming. This is an advantage over SMS verification, where the subscriber may incur charges for incoming messages.
