STARt Module: Cookie Consent Notification. This tool requests user consent for cookie processing and allows customization of the notification appearance. Four layout options are available: a full-width bar at the bottom, a window in the bottom center, a window in the bottom left corner, and a centered window with background blur.

Text configuration includes the notification message, link text, link URL, and button label. Design settings allow adjustment of font size, as well as colors for the background, main text, link, button, and button text.
The notification is displayed to all new visitors across all site pages. Upon clicking the 'I Agree' button, the message is hidden for that specific user for 30 days. The link to the privacy policy is generated via JavaScript and is not indexed by search engines.
