The Courier Route Sheet module optimizes the delivery process for online stores. Managers can efficiently plan delivery routes, compile order lists, and include warehouses or any other addresses in the route sheet.

The manager interface enables the creation of route sheets, adding and editing orders, monitoring delivery progress, and generating reports on completed tasks. The courier interface displays assigned tasks with an optimized route and records status updates in real time. Customers can track order status on the website via a public tracker that shows the courier's current location and estimated delivery time. The module supports printing a waybill, a mandatory document for the courier during product handover. This solution provides an online store with a comprehensive delivery management system featuring control tools, real-time monitoring, and analytics for staff performance.

All generated route sheets are displayed in a single table with flexible filtering settings. This ensures quick search for required records and immediate access to delivery details.

The module provides three new interfaces with different functionality. The manager interface allows creating orders, generating route sheets via a list or interactive map, changing the order of route points, and printing goods delivery notes. The route sheet change history is displayed below the map.

The module interface is adapted for use on mobile devices. Couriers view route point data and manage orders via dedicated buttons. Available functions include calling clients, building routes in Yandex.Maps, and changing order statuses: 'Courier departed', 'Delivered', 'Not delivered'.

The order tracking interface allows customers to monitor delivery status. Users can access information regarding the estimated arrival time, the courier's contact number, and details about the vehicle.

The module provides detailed statistics for all courier route sheets. This enables monitoring of manager and courier performance, analyzing productivity, and making informed decisions. Available data includes completed deliveries, duration of each route, staff efficiency metrics, and other key indicators.

The courier route sheet module integrates with Yandex Maps to automatically geocode orders and build optimal delivery routes. The system supports planning both vehicle and pedestrian routes depending on the courier type, allowing logistics to be adapted to specific delivery conditions. To motivate staff, the module allows setting rewards for completing deliveries or visiting route points. It also includes functionality for maintaining a company vehicle registry, simplifying fleet management. The solution is compatible with the standard functionality of the 1C-Bitrix platform, ensuring straightforward installation and integration into existing systems.
