What this solution does
The SIMAI: Photo Gallery module is designed to create a website section for publishing and viewing images grouped into albums. The solution is implemented as a standard complex component version 2.0 for the 'Start' edition.
Album viewing and organization
The module supports publishing and viewing photos distributed across albums. It allows creating nested albums with unlimited depth.
The viewing interface includes an image zoom function and a convenient slider for quickly navigating through all photos in an album.
Photos can be sorted by addition date, addition index, or view count. Each image supports a caption or title.
File upload
The module supports batch uploading of photos. Images are automatically resized during the upload process.
The uploader operates without requiring the installation of additional plugins or external libraries.
Access rights management
Access rights are configured at the user group level.
Website administrators can grant permission to specific user groups or all users to create their own photo albums.
The application supports operations across multiple sectors: medical institutions, cultural organizations, research centers, and non-profit entities.
