Scoder: Discounts and Markups from Information Block Properties

What this solution does

The Scoder module allows setting discounts and markups for products or offers based on numeric values of their properties. Discounts function in the catalog, shopping cart, and order form, though their display in the catalog has specific nuances. Markups apply only in the shopping cart and order form. Discounts are specified exclusively in percentages; the module interprets the numeric property value as a percentage rather than a fixed amount. Fractional parts are truncated, so values like 5.3 or 5.9 are treated as a 5% discount. A value of 100 or higher results in a 100% discount. The module automatically generates shopping cart rules, which are then processed by the system. If other rules or discounts are configured in the store, their priority and compatibility must be considered.

The Scoder module enables setting discounts and markups in the catalog based on information block properties. To activate this functionality, the 'Use only cart rules' option must be disabled in the path Settings > Product Settings > Module Settings > Online Store. When generating rules or discounts, the system uses the current site and default currency. For correct operation, the latest updates of the 1C-Bitrix core and this module must be installed, and the System Check test (Settings > Tools > System Check) must return no errors. The solution is not compatible with the cloud version of Bitrix24.
