The module removes outdated text messages and files from chats in the boxed version of the 1C-Bitrix24 web messenger. Criteria for identifying outdated content are configured within the module settings. The module processes data from personal user-to-user chats, as well as from open and closed group chats.
The module removes outdated text messages and files from chats in the boxed version of the 1C-Bitrix24 web messenger. Criteria for identifying outdated content are configured within the module settings.
The module processes data from personal user-to-user chats, as well as from open and closed group chats. This includes messages from chats that have already been deleted, as well as from chat rooms associated with working groups and projects. Chats belonging to social network groups (SONET_GROUP) and the CRM system are excluded. Users select specific sources for cleanup via the module settings.
Running out of disk space allocated for a web server is a common issue for many administrators.
This module cleans files and messages in the web messenger of projects running on the boxed version of the 1C-Bitrix24 CMS. Employees often exchange images, GIF animations, and video clips in chats, which significantly increases storage usage. Removing such data helps prevent disk overflow and avoids the need to upgrade the hosting tariff.
The ARAMA module is designed to clean files and messages from chat logs. It is not compatible with the cloud version of Bitrix24. Before installation, it is highly recommended to create a full site backup. For correct operation, all latest updates for 1C-Bitrix modules must be installed, and the 'Settings -> Tools -> System Check' test must return no errors.
