The base version sends birthday greetings via email, but the module's architecture supports easy integration of other scenarios, such as SMS sending or business process initiation, through custom code development.

It enables the automatic generation of personalized discount coupons for users celebrating their birthday. The generated coupon code can be inserted into email templates using the #COUPON# macro.

Correct functionality is ensured when the latest updates for all 1C-Bitrix components are installed on the site. Before installation, it is recommended to run the System Check via 'Settings' → 'Tools' → 'System Check'; the presence of errors in the test results may disrupt the module's operation.
The solution is not compatible with the cloud version of Bitrix24.
