What this solution does

ChatRex is a module for 1C-Bitrix that enables online store visitors to select products through a dialogue interface. The solution synchronizes the published website catalog with the ChatRex platform and automatically transmits updates regarding product data, prices, and stock levels. The bot generates responses based strictly on the latest synchronized catalog data.

The integration supports product search by user query, article number, category, and available properties. The system returns a complete product card containing the description, price, currency, and available variants, while also verifying the availability of a specific product or its selected variant. A direct link to the product page in the store is generated upon request.

Proper operation requires an installed module, an active ChatRex account, a connected store, and a bot configured with integration actions. The initial synchronization starts after connection confirmation, with subsequent changes transmitted via the module's queue. In case of temporary network failures, the module automatically retries data transmission. The bot utilizes the most recent successfully synchronized catalog version; this does not constitute a product reservation mechanism. If synchronization has not yet occurred or if data exceeds the standard 48-hour threshold, the actions will not return outdated information regarding product availability or prices.

The ChatRex module is compatible with the 1C-Bitrix: Site Management configuration, Small Business edition. The main module version 26.200.0 is required, along with UTF-8 encoding, PHP 8.2 or newer, and MySQL 8.0 or newer. The main, iblock, and catalog modules must be installed. The b_option settings table and the module queue must use the InnoDB storage engine. Administrator access is required for installation, and the system must be able to send outgoing HTTPS requests to the app.chatrex.pro server. During initial setup, the module creates a temporary text file for verification, which the ChatRex service reads once via the HTTPS protocol from the store domain. The product catalog is not written to this file; it is transmitted separately via outgoing requests from the module.

Only published products and offers available to unauthenticated visitors of the selected site are transmitted. The data includes: name, article number, description, category, selection properties, price, currency, availability, stock quantity, public links, images, and modification timestamp. Only the BASE price available to guests is transmitted; closed price groups are not exported. For search functionality, only scalar properties of type String, Number, and List marked as available for search are transmitted. The module does not transmit customer data, order information, passwords, or administrator sessions.

The ChatRex module for 1C-Bitrix implements four functions for catalog management. Order creation, product reservation, and payment processing are not included in its functionality. The module installation is free. Subscription for a single connection to the 1C-Bitrix platform is paid through the ChatRex service. Subscription costs are 1,000 rubles for one month, 2,850 rubles for three months, 5,400 rubles for six months, and 9,600 rubles for one year. The tariffs for 3, 6, and 12 months already include standard discounts of 5%, 10%, and 20% respectively; these are permanent regular tariff conditions, not temporary promotions. Individual or partner discounts are not included in these amounts. Payment for bot operation and AI message sending is handled separately according to ChatRex tariffs. The public cost for maintaining one bot is listed as 3,000 rubles per month. Before checkout, the user sees the total cost and selected period in the personal cabinet; fund deduction requires standard payment confirmation.
