The module automatically synchronizes user membership in social network workgroups with their Bitrix system groups. Rules are configured once, after which users are automatically added to required groups and removed from unnecessary ones during registration, upon changes to system group assignments, or retrospectively for existing accounts.
The module automatically synchronizes user membership in social network workgroups with their Bitrix system groups. Rules are configured once, after which users are automatically added to required groups and removed from unnecessary ones during registration, upon changes to system group assignments, or retrospectively for existing accounts.
Flexible rules (presets) allow separate configuration of target workgroups for addition and removal for each system group, both when joining and leaving a system group.
Mass application of rules to existing users is available via a single click, simplifying module deployment on active portals.
Built-in protection prevents the accidental removal of a workgroup owner; exclusion of moderators can also be disabled via a specific setting.
Users receive notifications in the B24 chat regarding their addition to or removal from a workgroup.
Optionally, the module automatically connects and disconnects the workgroup disk to the user's personal disk when membership changes.
The 'Change Workgroups with System Groups' module allows changing user workgroups simultaneously with system groups. The administrative interface supports creating an arbitrary number of rules, with each rule placed on a separate tab. Requirements include PHP 8.1 or higher, along with the installed 'Social Network' and 'Administrative Part Builder' modules. Additional technical documentation is available in the project repository.
