What this solution does
The AmoCRM integration for 1C-Bitrix online stores unifies both platforms into a single system for automatic two-way data exchange. This solution eliminates revenue loss caused by abandoned carts, unprocessed statuses, and manual order transfers by removing human error. The module is a mature product under continuous development with multiple releases per month, deployed in hundreds of stores. Flexible configuration adapts the integration to any business process, ranging from basic order synchronization to complex scenarios involving duplicate control, multiple profiles, and system event handling.
Key capabilities:
Create orders from deals.
Select an AmoCRM group for product export.
Export products with the website's section structure.
Receive integration failure notifications via email and messengers.
The module ensures reliable synchronization between an online store and AmoCRM with immediate failure notifications. If the token expires or AmoCRM becomes unavailable, the administrator receives an email or SMS alert, enabling prompt response to issues and preventing data loss.
Bidirectional synchronization is supported for the following objects:
— orders;
— order statuses;
— abandoned carts;
— products;
— customers;
— purchases;
— online store catalogs.
The integration automatically transmits analytics and advertising campaign tags for cross-channel analytics. A flexible event system allows the module to be adapted to non-standard business scenarios.
When an order is created in the store, a deal is automatically generated in AmoCRM with linked contact and company records. The system checks for duplicates and existing entities (deals, contacts, companies, products). Products, along with statistics and analytics tags, are attached to the deal. Synchronization of statuses, fields, and flags between the order and the deal occurs in both directions.
Detailed documentation and technical support are provided for setup and connection.
This module provides two-way synchronization between an online store and amoCRM. Based on an abandoned cart, a deal is automatically created with an associated contact and company, enabling the manager to re-engage the client and secure the sale. Managers can generate orders in the store directly from a deal in amoCRM using existing product and contact data, eliminating the need for manual re-entry.
The store catalog is exported to amoCRM with the section structure preserved, and the data is kept up to date automatically.
This tool is designed exclusively for synchronizing an online store with amoCRM. For synchronizing infoblock elements, submitted forms, email events, or other website events, the separate solution for integration with infoblocks, web forms, and email events is recommended.
Key capabilities:
Order export from the store
When an order is created or updated, fields, properties, custom fields, payment and delivery details, as well as statistics and analytics tags are synchronized with the deal, contact, and company.
Synchronization with buyer and purchase
Products are exported and updated on the 'Products' tab within the deal.
The module provides flexible field mapping for synchronizing data between an online store and AmoCRM, with individual configuration options based on the specific website, payer type, order status, or domain. To prevent duplicates, two methods are available: a built-in free algorithm or a paid AmoCRM API filtering service. The system transmits statistical tags and the visitor identifier (visitor_uid) for cross-channel analytics and automated sales funnel setup.
It supports mass export of all or selected orders, as well as automatic deletion of orders in the store when corresponding deals are deleted in the CRM. Tag transmission is supported. Two-way synchronization is implemented for order statuses, shipments, and deals, including synchronization by sales funnels and flags.
The module allows for the export and recovery of abandoned carts. Configuration includes setting the time threshold after which a cart is considered abandoned and defining the search depth for such carts. During synchronization, data regarding the deal, contact, company, buyer, and purchase is transmitted, including full name, phone number, email, and applied discount coupons. The system also supports exporting and synchronizing products with duplicate control and tag transmission.
The AmoCRM integration module for online stores offers two methods for duplicate control and supports mass export of all or selected shopping carts.
Bidirectional product synchronization is implemented between orders, carts, and deals. Changes to the composition in a deal are automatically reflected in the store order or cart, and vice versa. An order in the online store is created based on a deal, provided that products and a contact are linked to it. Deal statuses that trigger order creation can be configured.
The module enables catalog export and synchronization. Product creation and updates in AmoCRM are synchronized with the store. A dedicated synchronization page allows exporting the entire catalog or only selected items while immediately viewing product names and their group hierarchy in AmoCRM. Catalog section structures are transferred during export. Flexible mapping and a wide selection of fields for synchronization are available, with individual configuration for each catalog.
Custom fields are synchronized with order properties automatically upon every change to a deal, contact, or company, according to mapping settings.
Full-funnel analytics are supported: any campaign tags from the query string, session, and cookies are passed and preserved during site navigation.
The module allows each advertising campaign tag to be passed to a separate field of the AmoCRM entity. For Google Analytics tags, an API version filter is provided that transforms strings like GA1.2.1054613344.1468150257 into the format 1054613344.1468150257.
The module automatically notifies the administrator of synchronization failures, such as lost AmoCRM tokens, API unavailability, background agent errors, or webhook processing errors. Critical errors that stop the entire integration are sent immediately. Repeated errors are grouped into a single message to prevent notification flooding.
Notifications are delivered via email and SMS. This requires the separate installation of the free module 'Error Notifications via Email, SMS, and Messengers', which does not affect the operation of the main integration.
Additional features include phone number formatting for accurate duplicate detection, the ability to select multiple responsible persons with sequential assignment, adding custom fields for transfer to AmoCRM, using system events for fine-tuning the module to specific tasks, and connecting to multiple AmoCRM accounts with several integration profiles for the website or catalog.
The module logs requests, responses, and errors, displaying file sizes. Settings allow limiting the maximum log size and clearing the log directly.
Access rights to the module are restricted in the administrative panel.
A setup wizard to synchronize the online store with AmoCRM in a few simple steps is planned.
This module is designed exclusively for synchronizing an online store with AmoCRM. To synchronize infoblock elements, submitted forms, email events, or other site events, the AmoCRM — integration with infoblocks, web forms, and email events solution is recommended.
A bundle is available that includes both modules for synchronizing online stores, infoblocks, web forms, and email events.
