The Strekoza business tracking service helps increase the share of parcels paid for at post offices and pickup points to 95 percent and supports growth in repeat sales. The tool allows configuring triggers and notification texts to improve service quality and enhance customer loyalty. The system collects reviews for Yandex.Market and other platforms critical to your business. It provides full control over delivery, parcel location, status, deadlines, and finances.
The service informs customers about the status of shipments delivered by Russian Post, Kazakhstan Post, Belpochta, or popular courier services. Notifications are sent via SMS, E-mail, messengers Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, social networks VKontakte and Odnoklassniki, and through robot voice calls. Users can apply ready-made text templates or create their own. Messages automatically insert product names, order costs including cash on delivery fees, and other relevant data.
Access is provided to a Black List of customers who failed to collect a cash on delivery order at least once. The system recognizes more than 50 types of errors in the Russian Post tracking system and correctly determines parcel statuses.
The 'Business Tracking Service Dragonfly' module by strekoza.ai enables automated upselling and post-selling workflows. It allows you to advertise products and schedule notification sequences triggered after a customer receives their order.
Built-in A/B testing facilitates the comparison of different notification chain efficiencies. All messages are delivered according to the recipient's local time to maximize engagement.
