What this solution does

Transport rental management module for the RentRabbit cloud platform. The storefront provides direct integration with a RentRabbit account, enabling the addition of a booking function for vehicles on your website. This transforms your site into a catalog where customer requests are received and processed in real time.

The catalog and categories are imported from your RentRabbit account. You can choose to export only specific categories, hiding items that are temporarily unavailable for rent. On the storefront, the catalog is displayed as a category tree. Filters are automatically generated from product characteristic fields, simplifying the search for the required rental items.

The catalog updates in real time, ensuring that any changes to inventory are immediately reflected. Customers independently check equipment availability, which reduces the workload on managers and speeds up order processing. Upon the first order, a personal user account is automatically created. It displays all current orders and their statuses in real time. Customers can track order progress and cancel orders independently without staff assistance. All user actions regarding orders are visible to employees via the RentRabbit cloud platform.

The RentRabbit system provides centralized and secure storage for all client information. Personal data is processed in compliance with security requirements.
