You can choose to export only specific inventory groups, hiding items that are currently unavailable for rent. The storefront displays the catalog with hierarchical category navigation. Filters are automatically generated based on product characteristic fields, simplifying the search for required rental items for customers.

The catalog updates in real time, ensuring inventory data remains accurate. Customers independently check equipment availability, reducing the workload on managers and speeding up order processing. Upon the first order, a personal account is automatically created for the user. It displays all active orders and their current status in real time. Customers can track order progress and cancel them independently without staff assistance. All user actions regarding orders are visible to employees via the RentRabbit cloud platform.
