The ALFA: EDS module enables the creation of simple, enhanced unqualified, and enhanced qualified electronic signatures for files within the 1C-Bitrix admin panel. The solution integrates with CryptoPro and allows signing any documents without requiring additional third-party software.
The ALFA: EDS module enables the creation of simple, enhanced unqualified, and enhanced qualified electronic signatures for files within the 1C-Bitrix admin panel. The solution integrates with CryptoPro and allows signing any documents without requiring additional third-party software.
The signing process involves three steps: selecting a file, choosing the signature type, and confirming the action. Upon completion, a separate file with the .sig extension is generated alongside the original document. This file can be downloaded independently if an enhanced unqualified or enhanced qualified signature was used. Published documents on the site can be supplemented with an icon and information regarding the digital signature.
Supported signature types:
Simple Electronic Signature (SES).
Enhanced Unqualified Electronic Signature (EUES).
Enhanced Qualified Electronic Signature (EQES).
The ALPHA: e-Sign module supports the creation of simple, enhanced non-certified, and enhanced certified electronic signatures. No additional software is required for simple signatures. For other types, the module utilizes the user's existing Cryptopro environment or Cryptopro e-Sign Browser plug-in, which enable signing, encryption, and data protection. The plug-in is also used to verify signatures on web pages.
Installation takes approximately one minute. Once activated, a dedicated e-Sign tab appears in the administrative panel for all elements of any information block, allowing file signing. If a published file requires signature information to be displayed on the site, follow the relevant instructions.
The module supports signing files of any format, including audio, video, images, documents, and others. File extension is irrelevant.
All signed files are stored centrally. The My Files section provides a complete list of documents with filtering by signing date.
The module is included in the cost of the ready-made solution.
ALPHA: EDS is a module for electronic digital signatures supporting PEP, NEP, and KEP formats. Developed by ALFA Systems, it is designed for integration into educational organization websites version 3.0.
