MySklad: Flexible Order Exchange via API

What this solution does

The module provides flexible two-way synchronization of orders between the 1C-Bitrix CMS and the MySklad service. It supports the 'Online Store + CRM' edition.

The module operates only on paid MySklad tariffs, as the free tier lacks webhook functionality.

Customer search

During order export, the system searches for existing clients to prevent duplicates. Search parameters are configurable: individuals are identified by phone number, while legal entities and sole proprietors are matched by INN.

Two-way payment synchronization

Full control over the payment process: transactions can be initiated from the website or within MySklad. Payment document statuses are updated across all connected systems.

Two-way cart synchronization

The module provides two-way synchronization of the shopping cart between MySklad and the accounting system. Changes to the item composition (addition, removal, editing) in one system are automatically reflected in the other. The module supports recalculating shipment totals and adjusting the delivery cost for the first shipment in an order.

Order statuses are synchronized in real time in both directions. The module settings allow mapping statuses from the accounting system to MySklad statuses. You can configure an automatic order cancellation flag in the accounting system when a specific status is assigned in MySklad.

Order properties are updated whenever a change occurs in either system. Currently, text-type properties are supported for two-way exchange. These properties can be written to contact fields or characteristics in MySklad.

Two-way synchronization of tracking numbers is implemented. A tracking number for each shipment in MySklad can be generated according to a defined template. The module also handles the export of information regarding shipments and payments.

The module supports exporting order payment details, shipments, and individual payment records. It provides two-way synchronization of delivery and payment methods: the first shipment or payment in 1C-Bitrix triggers the transfer of these methods to a property dictionary in MySklad. The module also enables two-way synchronization of manager comments between systems, automatically updating corresponding fields when changes occur. It operates via JSON API 1.2 and is compatible with PHP 8.
