What this solution does

The Reviews Center module aggregates reviews from external platforms and standard product comments, displaying them on a 1C-Bitrix: Site Management website via a dedicated component. The system supports connections to 12 source types: Yandex Maps, 2GIS, Yandex Webmaster, Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market, Otzovik, Zoon, Avito, Flamp, Google Maps, and Bitrix product comments.

Multiple connections to a single platform are supported, along with separate settings for individual websites. Administrators can access a master list of reviews with search functionality by text and author, rate reviews, and manage statuses such as Published or Hidden. Mass moderation tools are available, and reviews deleted from source platforms are automatically excluded from subsequent imports.

The component renders adaptive cards in grid or list views, featuring platform tabs, rating displays, photo galleries, sorting options, and lazy loading capabilities. A live preview of the design is available before saving, allowing customization of accent colors, hover colors for tabs, as well as text, headings, and links.

Data loading can be performed manually or in the background. Access control is managed through D/R/W permissions. The module includes a comprehensive built-in instruction. The system maps marketplace reviews to specific products and publishes them in the standard catalog comments.

The Reviews Center module requires PHP 8.2 or higher, main version 24.0.0 or later, and a MySQL or MariaDB database with the InnoDB engine and utf8mb4 character set. The cURL, DOM, and mbstring extensions are required; the GD library is mandatory for generating thumbnails. System requirements of the installed CMS take precedence over the listed specifications. For product comments, the built-in Information Blocks and Blogs modules are required, while the Trade Catalog module is needed for displaying trade offers. The stated compatibility does not include PostgreSQL or Bitrix24.

Outgoing HTTPS requests to selected sources are required, along with external account permissions, API keys, and, if necessary, API approval. The cost of keys and payments for external services is not included in the module price. The module does not require any additional paid services of its own. Availability, quotas, and possible tariffs of third-party platforms are determined by their terms. CAPTCHA usage, API changes, or markup modifications may restrict data loading. The Google Business Profile API provides reviews only for verified profiles accessible to the user, not for arbitrary organizations.

The Reviews Center module does not create a separate website or catalog, nor does it replace the native product rating system. Photos and access keys are stored on the website owner's server. In the trial version, the 1C-Bitrix.Market system obfuscates the include.php and install/index.php files to perform standard trial period verification. The remaining source code is available for modification within the license terms. Updating modified code requires a prior backup.

The license costs 15,000 rubles. A 7-day trial period is available through the standard 1C-Bitrix.Market system. After the trial expires, module functions become unavailable until a license is purchased; saved reviews and settings are not deleted. Reinstallation does not renew the trial period.

Compatible editions

The Reviews Center module is compatible with the First Site, Start, Standard, Small Business, Expert, and Business editions, provided the required CMS and PHP version constraints are met. Functions for collecting external reviews, moderating them, applying styles, and rendering the public component do not require trading modules. Reading and publishing standard product comments are available only when the Info Blocks and Blogs modules are installed. Working with trade offers requires the Trade Catalog module. If these modules are missing from the edition or are not installed, use a separate component to display external reviews.
