Diadoc — order documents

What this solution does

The Diadoc Order Documents module enables the generation and transmission of invoices, acts, VAT invoices, and universal transfer documents from saved orders to the Diadoc system within the 1C-Bitrix: Site Management administrative panel. Line items and totals are automatically pulled from the order, eliminating the need for manual re-entry.

The module supports four document types. A payment invoice is generated as a PDF containing party details, banking information, a payment QR code, a line item table, the amount in words, and a signature field. An act of works and services is also created in PDF format, including the basis of work, composition, totals, and signature areas. A VAT invoice is produced in XML version 5.03 format with the VAT invoice function and mandatory details regarding the actual shipment. A universal transfer document (UTD) is generated in XML 5.03 format supporting both the VAT invoice and supplementary function and the supplementary function; the system verifies the current Diadoc version and XSD schemas before generation.

The tool is accessible via the Diadoc Documents block within the order view and through a dedicated page in the Services section. Buyer mailbox search is performed by INN and KPP without page reloads or loss of entered data. Prices are calculated considering Bitrix's final discounts and taxes, with automatic verification that the document total matches the order total. Before creation, the system validates VAT rates and OKED units. Supported rates include: no VAT, 0, 5, 7, 10, 20, and 22 percent.

The module supports individual settings for the seller, marketplace, and access keys for each installation site.

It implements a group rights system with verification of access to specific orders. Available features include downloading the source file, viewing the action history, and manually updating the document status.

Document transfer is controlled exclusively by employee action. The system saves the source file, a snapshot of the details, and the operation identifier. If a retry is initiated after an undefined response, the original request is reused. Recreating a document with the same type, number, and date returns the previously saved copy. Only local documents can be deleted before the transfer process begins.

Signing and final transmission to the counterparty are performed directly within the Diadoc Cabinet. The module transmits documents with deferred sending without an electronic signature. Browser-based signing, automatic sending upon order modification, and document cancellation in Diadoc are not included in this version.

Integration requires an account with access to the mailbox, along with Client ID, Client secret, and Refresh token from the Kontur Integrator Cabinet. A detailed step-by-step instruction is available on the 'Installation and Setup' tab and within the module under 'Services → Diadoc → Instruction'.

Access to the Diadoc API, the outgoing documents package, electronic signature, and Kontur services are purchased separately and are not included in the module license. The cost of API access depends on Kontur's terms; request this price before purchasing the module. Package options and current prices are published on the Diadoc tariff page. Local creation of invoices and acts in PDF format does not require API access.

Requirements and limitations

The CMS 1C-Bitrix: Site Management is required, editions Small Business or Business. PHP 8.2 or higher is needed, along with core main 24.0.0+, sales module sale 26.0.0+, and modules catalog and currency. The database must be MySQL with UTF-8 encoding. Extensions cURL, DOM, mbstring, iconv, and zlib are mandatory. A TTF font with Cyrillic support must be installed for PDF generation. For OAuth keys, a private directory outside the site root with write permissions for PHP is required. Bitrix24 and PostgreSQL are not supported.

Version 1.0.0 generates a document for the entire order in RUB, including up to 500 items plus delivery, for legal entities or individual entrepreneurs with an INN. Partial shipments, marking, traceability, excise duties, export, advance payments, and adjustment documents are not supported. Payment status, balances, and order status do not change.

The trial period lasts 7 days and is activated via the standard Marketplace system. All documents and settings are retained after the trial ends. To monitor the trial mode, the Marketplace may obfuscate the installer and the module connection file; no additional handlers or paid extensions are required for the module to function.
