What this solution does
The module integrates an online store built on the 1C-Bitrix platform with the Magnit Post delivery service. It supports order pickup at Magnit retail stores and courier delivery. Customers select a pickup point on an interactive map directly during the checkout process. Managers create shipments and print required documents directly from the order card. Delivery statuses are automatically updated by the carrier.
The storefront features a pickup point selection widget with a map and a list of locations. It includes city-based search, displaying the exact address and operating hours of the selected point.
Delivery costs and estimated times are calculated via the carrier's API. Until a specific point is selected, the delivery time is determined at the city level. Once an address is chosen, the time is refined.
The "require point" setting prevents order completion without selecting a pickup point. In this case, the customer sees a clear text notification instead of a silent error.
A fallback price is provided for cases where the API is temporarily unavailable. If no fallback price is set, the delivery option is hidden rather than displaying incorrect calculated values.
The tracking page displays the tracking number, pickup code, the date by which the order must be collected, the point address, and a link to the carrier's service. The text content is configured using placeholders.
The system automatically sends notifications to customers when order statuses change.
The module enables creating shipments from order cards with selection of the handover method and dispatch warehouse. Options include carrier pickup from the warehouse, handover at a Magnit store, or delivery of a batch to a sorting center. The selected method is saved in the shipment record.
The system supports printing carrier labels in 100 x 150 mm or 58 x 60 mm formats, along with the module's accompanying sheet. Batch printing is available, and all labels for a selection can be exported as a single ZIP archive.
Two copies of the handover act are generated, and a registry is created in CSV format. If a selection contains different handover locations, the module prints a separate act for each location.
For multi-piece orders, the system automatically splits items by weight and dimensions. Labels for all pieces are generated in a single file, and partial cancellation of individual pieces is supported.
Statuses are updated automatically every 10 minutes or manually. Functions include shipment cancellation, storage extension, and sending order changes to the carrier.
For cash-on-delivery payments, the module automatically closes the order payment upon receiving a notification from the carrier that the recipient has paid. This feature can be disabled.
The pickup point directory is updated once daily. Data includes filters and a flag indicating whether the location accepts parcels for handover.
Sender warehouses can be created and edited via the carrier's API directly from the admin panel.
The exchange log records all data sent to the carrier and the system's responses, including error codes and text messages.
The module includes a configuration check block that identifies operational obstacles and highlights missing data before the first shipment. Every issue is described in plain text rather than error codes.
Operation requires an active contract with the carrier Magnit Post and API keys issued by the carrier's manager during connection. Delivery is available only in cities where the carrier has launched the service. There are restrictions on individual items: maximum weight of 15,000 grams, sum of three sides not exceeding 1,800 millimeters, and one side not exceeding 800 millimeters.
System requirements include the 1C-Bitrix: Site Management platform with the Online Store module installed in Small Business and Business editions.
PHP version 8.2 or higher is required. The module operates without errors or warnings on PHP versions 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, and 8.4.
UTF-8 encoding is mandatory.
