The module integrates an online store built on the 1C-Bitrix platform with the Kilbil loyalty system. The solution automates customer registration, bonus accrual and spending, promo code and discount application, as well as sales data transmission. Customers can accumulate and spend bonuses during checkout and view their balance and transaction history in their personal account.
The module integrates an online store built on the 1C-Bitrix platform with the Kilbil loyalty system. The solution automates customer registration, bonus accrual and spending, promo code and discount application, as well as sales data transmission. Customers can accumulate and spend bonuses during checkout and view their balance and transaction history in their personal account. The system eliminates the need for double accounting by synchronizing all operations with the Kilbil platform automatically.
The module is ready to use immediately after installation. To activate the functionality, it is sufficient to specify the Kilbil API key. Integration becomes active during registration, authorization, cart operations, checkout, and data display in the personal account.
Key capabilities:
Automatic registration of the buyer in the Kilbil system by phone number at the moment of account creation on the site.
Linking an existing Kilbil client to a site user during login or profile updates.
Saving the Kilbil client identifier in the user profile, which eliminates the need for repeated searches.
Full catalog export to the Kilbil system even without a direct connection to 1C.
At the checkout stage, the system automatically applies discounts according to the rules of the Kilbil loyalty program.
The OX8.RU module integrates with the Kilbil loyalty system. It supports applying promo codes with automatic recalculation of the total order amount. Orders can be paid with bonus points, with a configurable limit on the maximum deduction percentage set to 30% by default. When the order composition changes, the system correctly recalculates the total amount and the payment amount. The Kilbil discount size is displayed on a separate line in the checkout block. The system displays expected bonus points to be credited for a purchase. Administrators can configure the status required to trigger bonus crediting. Access to module settings is managed via user group permissions. Buyer phone number confirmation is performed using an SMS code.
Order data is transmitted to the Kilbil system upon order placement. Bonus crediting and deduction are processed directly on the loyalty system side. Data processing is reliable: if a connection failure occurs, the operation is retried, and a fallback scenario is provided.
A ready-made component is included for the buyer's personal account to display the current bonus balance and transaction history. The component features adaptive layout and can be placed on any page of the website.
