What this solution does
The 'First Link: Review Reminder' module for 1C-Bitrix provides a pop-up window that asks customers to rate products from their orders. The system automatically identifies suitable orders, compiles a list of products, and offers to leave a review while preventing duplicate requests for items already rated.
The functionality includes searching for customer orders filtered by age (older than N days) and status (paid, any, or completed), with a limit on the number of orders reviewed. Product data is enriched with catalog information, including name, image, price, and a link to the detailed page with an anchor to the review section.
The module recognizes existing reviews by analyzing the information block, product properties, and author data, subsequently excluding these items from further offers. It also hides products for which the user has already navigated to the review page, based on the activity log.
The module connects automatically on all website pages without requiring modifications to templates, .htaccess files, or nginx configuration. A manual call to the function \llink_review::addPopup() is also available.
The design supports five window placement positions, light and dark themes, eight customizable colors, size settings, corner rounding, shadows, and appearance animations. A bottom sheet is provided for mobile devices. The interface features interactive star rating, a 'Purchase Confirmed' badge, a bonus line, and fully editable text strings.
The 'First Link: Review Reminder' module provides flexible notification display scenarios. Configuration includes display delay, auto-close, view count limits, a 'Later' button with a configurable pause, and a 'Do not show again' option.
The system maintains a CSRF-protected action log recording views, clicks, postponements, closures, and 'never show' selections. Statistics are available in the admin panel, and old records are automatically cleaned up by the Bitrix agent.
General iT can install “First Link: Review Reminder”, configure its settings and verify its operation in the existing project.
