What this solution does
The LiveInform module tracks orders, automatically updates deal statuses, and notifies customers about shipment status via SMS, email, and automated calls. When shipping with cash on delivery, the system verifies the buyer against the Black List.
Supported delivery services in Russia include Russian Post, EMS, CDEK, Boxberry, DPD, PickPoint, Hermes, IML, Shop-logistics, Shiptor, Yandex Delivery, PEK, TopDelivery, Grastin, Dalli Service, Glavpunkt, OnTime, Integral, Delivery Club, E-logistik, Vestovoy, and all services operating on the MeaSoft Courier Service 2008 platform.
In Kazakhstan, the system supports Kazpost and Qazaq Sapa Delivery (QSD). In Ukraine, integration is available with Nova Poshta, and in Belarus, with Belpochta.
The system regularly checks shipment status with the delivery service. Automated notifications follow your defined scenarios to remind customers to pick up their orders promptly. The module also automatically collects feedback: positive reviews are sent to the review form on Yandex.Market or another resource, while negative reviews are directed to you.
The module analyzes the customer's order history. If a pattern of frequent non-pickups is detected, the system recommends requesting prepayment and excludes the option of shipping via cash on delivery.
