What this solution does

KonyWeb Inspector is a technical audit and diagnostic module for websites on the 1C-Bitrix platform. It helps developers and administrators find issues and potentially dangerous project states that are difficult to notice during normal operation.

The module performs a comprehensive analysis of various system areas: file storage and file links, agents and their execution modes, the mail queue, the structure and data of information blocks, product catalogs, and trade offers. Special attention is paid to detecting duplicate XML_IDs, verifying the integrity of product and SKU relationships, identifying broken links between information block elements and sections, and analyzing order change history. The set of checks automatically accounts for available modules and the capabilities of the specific 1C-Bitrix installation.

After the check, the tool displays an overall picture of the project status and detailed results for each diagnostic. For found issues, the description, importance level, affected objects, additional technical information, and recommendations for further analysis are displayed. Audit results are saved, so they can be revisited later.

Known Dependencies Index

The built-in Dependency Index allows analysis of standard relationships between project objects. It enables tracking of links between infoblock elements, sections, products, trade offers, and files. This feature is particularly useful when preparing to modify project structure or diagnosing the causes of incorrect data. The Index relies on standard 1C-Bitrix sources but does not guarantee the complete absence of references to an object from user PHP code, templates, or third-party modules.

Safe Issue Resolution

For certain types of detected errors, a safe resolution mechanism is provided. Before making changes, the module re-checks the current state of the object, displays the expected outcome, and requires explicit confirmation from the administrator. The list of supported automatic fixes will be expanded in future versions.

Data Privacy

All checks are performed directly within the installed 1C-Bitrix system. Conducting an audit does not require connecting to external cloud services, and check results are not sent to the developer's server.
