The itd.kassamonitor module provides automated monitoring of the status of all cash registers (KKT) connected to the 1C-Bitrix system. The solution enables immediate detection of situations where a cash register freezes or disconnects, preventing order loss and regulatory violations.

The solution enables immediate detection of situations where a cash register freezes or disconnects, preventing order loss and regulatory violations. The absence of a receipt after a successful payment can result in fines under Article 14.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation: from 10,000 rubles for individual entrepreneurs and from 30,000 rubles for legal entities per case. Manual status checks in the administrative panel do not guarantee timely problem detection due to human factors.
The module operates by regularly checking the ENABLED flag for each registered cash register. Upon a status change, the system sends a single notification to the specified email address. If multiple devices change status simultaneously, a consolidated report is generated. Spam notifications are excluded; messages are sent only upon actual changes in equipment state. Installation takes approximately two minutes and requires specifying only one parameter: the email address for receiving alerts. The license is purchased once with no recurring subscription fees.
Automatic module for monitoring the operational status of online cash registers within 1C-Bitrix. Configuration is performed without the need for a programmer. The system launches automatically via Bitrix agents, eliminating the requirement for external cron jobs. It is compatible with any cash register connected through the standard KKT component, including ATOL Online, Evotor, Orange Data, and others. PHP 8 is supported.
