The Online Booking module adds a modern booking widget to the website. Users select a service or resource, date, and time, then provide contact details to confirm the appointment. The widget opens by clicking a floating button at the bottom of the page and operates over the existing site structure without requiring structural modifications. All created bookings are saved to a separate table.
The Online Booking module adds a modern booking widget to the website. Users select a service or resource, date, and time, then provide contact details to confirm the appointment. The widget opens by clicking a floating button at the bottom of the page and operates over the existing site structure without requiring structural modifications.
All created bookings are saved to a separate table. Administrators access the booking list via the control panel with filtering options by date, status, and client contact information. Administrators can receive notifications about new bookings via email and Telegram.
The module is designed to organize online booking for services in beauty salons, medical clinics, fitness centers, auto repair shops, as well as for lawyers and consulting companies. It enables booking of meeting rooms, halls, test drives, consultations, and any other time slots. This solution is suitable for quickly launching a booking system for small businesses without the need to implement complex CRM systems or connect external SaaS platforms.
The widget features a modern design and is positioned in the bottom-right corner as a floating action button. Clicking it opens a multi-step modal window that includes resource selection, a calendar with available time slots, a contact information form, and a confirmation screen.
The system flexibly calculates available time slots based on the service duration and current date, taking into account existing bookings and configured parameters, such as the prohibition of overbooking. To prevent spam and abuse, daily limits are enforced on the number of bookings from a single IP address and from a single phone number.
Upon creating a booking, the administrator receives notifications via email and/or through a Telegram bot. The administrative panel displays the status of each booking, including new, confirmed, cancelled, and other statuses.

Fixes in update 1.0.2:
- The E-mail field is now mandatory for booking;
- Server-side processing of CLIENT_EMAIL has been fixed;
- ORM validation for the CLIENT_EMAIL field has been fixed;
- Frontend validation for E-mail has been fixed;
- Premature highlighting of the E-mail field has been resolved;
- When form fields are changed, consent to the rules is automatically withdrawn;
- The update re-delivers the lib and assets files, which may not have been copied for users in version 1.0.1.
The structure of administrative files has been optimized.
A wrapper file for the booking management page has been added.
