The Mass Price and Product Parameter Change module is designed for administrators and managers of online stores. It enables batch operations on the properties of information block elements, including simple products and variants (SKU), by using filters to select the required group.

The module functionality includes changing prices by a fixed amount or by a percentage. It supports rounding prices to the nearest whole number or to a specific decimal place. Users can set and adjust the purchase price, change the product currency without automatic conversion, or perform currency conversion.

The module supports calculating values via formulas or setting data based on custom function logic. The following parameters can be calculated or modified: price, dimensions (width, height, length in millimeters), weight in grams, available and reserved quantities, unit of measure coefficient, VAT rate, and unit of measure.

It also allows for the mass modification of trading settings: enabling or disabling quantity tracking, allowing purchases when out of stock, permitting negative stock levels, and enabling subscriptions when out of stock. Additional configuration parameters are available in the module settings.

The module enables bulk price and product parameter updates for information block elements. The number of elements processed per cycle is configured in the 'Update by (elements)' field. The periodicity function sets an interval in seconds and a next run date, allowing operations to be performed automatically or manually. For instance, you can schedule automatic markups in the morning and discounts in the evening.

To use the module, navigate to the Marketing section and select 'Bulk price change by filter'. In the conditions list, click the add button to create a new rule. Configure the main parameters: element activity, name (required), and sorting (required). Define one or multiple conditions under which actions will be applied to elements. Select the desired action from the dropdown list. Specify the number of elements to update per cycle. If needed, enable periodicity by setting the interval in seconds and the next run time. Save the rule and start it.

The module is designed for mass updating of prices and product parameters stored in information block elements. It addresses scenarios where synchronization with 1C is absent and prices are edited manually, yet a task arises to quickly increase the cost of selected items by a specified percentage. Instead of editing each element individually, the user defines filter conditions, selects the required action, and initiates the process.

The tool allows mass addition or modification of any product parameters, such as appending extra numbers or section symbols to article codes. The module also supports automation of recurring operations: users can configure daily price increases for specific product groups or automatic price reductions after a promotion ends. This requires only setting the conditions and the scheduled launch time, after which the system performs all updates independently without further reminders.
