MODULE FOR 1C-BITRIX
DABonus — loyalty program
The DABonus module integrates an online store built on the 1C-Bitrix: Site Management platform with an external loyalty platform. Customers earn bonuses for paid orders and use accumulated bonuses for subsequent purchases. Key capabilities include automatic bonus accrual upon full order payment. The system supports setting additional accrual conditions based on a selected order status.
Customers can pay for orders using bonuses by confirming the deduction with a code. Partial payments are supported, allowing a combination of bonuses and currency, where the remaining balance is processed through the store's standard payment system. The module handles full order returns by reversing accruals and returning spent bonuses. An exchange log is maintained to retry operations in case of temporary connection failures.
Operation principle: the administrator connects the store to DABonus and configures the payment method for bonuses. The customer logs into their account, selects payment via DABonus, specifies the bonus amount, and confirms the transaction with a code. All loyalty program rules and bonus operations are managed directly within the DABonus interface.
The module is distributed free of charge. To operate, it requires a DABonus account and a paid subscription with the 1C-Bitrix: Site Management integration enabled. The service fee is paid separately from the module. Connection terms are available on the provider's website.
Technical requirements: PHP 8.2 or newer, along with the installed Internet Store and Trade Catalog components.
Current version capabilities: supports one site per module installation, processes orders in Russian rubles, and works only with authorized buyers. Automatic processing of partial monetary refunds is not supported.
Data transfer
After connection setup and administrator confirmation, the module sends information about buyers, order composition, sales amounts, bonus payments, and refunds to DABonus. Data exchange is performed via the HTTPS protocol with the api.dabonus.ru server.
Documentation and privacy policy are available on the provider's website.
General iT can take care of implementing “DABonus — loyalty program”, including installation, configuration and result verification.
UPDATE HISTORY
The 'Products and Categories' section transmits only the catalog; buyers are loaded separately in the 'Clients' section. The export button is styled consistently with the settings. Clear statuses and counters for confirmed transfers, pending transfers, and errors with automatic updates have been added. Restarting the process does not reset an ongoing data exchange or client loading. Initial synchronization upon connection and full exchange via the panel request remain preserved.
All settings sections are collapsed upon opening. A general quick start has been added with links to connection, clients, rules, the card, and order verification.
A new "Exchange with DABonus" journal features separate tabs for orders, catalog, and clients, search by order number and buyer data, result filters, and pagination. Orders without events are also visible. Verification is sufficient by selecting an order from the list; internal identifiers and error counts are hidden in support details.
A separate upload of the client base to DABonus with confirmed results: buyers with orders or registered users of the connected site. The upload runs in the background independently of the catalog, excludes administrators and inactive accounts, does not award bonuses, and does not send messages. A link to import Excel/CSV is provided.
Registration and login follow a unified scenario with the site account: when single sign-on is enabled, a separate bonus card password is not requested. Selectable registration channels have been added: Telegram, MAX, applications, and bots for VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, and the DABonus web application. You can keep card creation via the site account, choose SMS, or direct customers exclusively to bots and applications. Connecting an existing card is performed once through an available channel; after that, the card opens along with the site account. Settings and tooltips have been clarified, and the phrase 'without mailings' has been removed.
The order widget preview no longer depends on the administrator's actual cart. The store template displays a demo order with fictitious products, a buyer, and bonuses, even if the cart is empty. All card states and three layout options are available. The actual order processing component is not launched in this mode; the cart, orders, and bonus account remain unchanged.
The default order widget is collapsed. Configuration for the initial state and previews for guests, unconnected cards, zero balance, unavailable payment, and calculation errors have been added. The bonus accrual forecast and deduction limit are calculated on the server based on the current order. The bonus payment hint appears only when a card is connected and bonus payment is available. The DABonus panel offers modes for independent website operation and working with a warehouse or CRM. In the second mode, the main system handles accruals, the website accrual forecast is hidden, while card connection and deduction continue to function. Updates restore order event handlers. In the module log, you can check an order by ID and send a skipped paid order without re-accruing bonuses.
In the buyer's cabinet, a balance bar is displayed by default. Clicking it opens the bonus card, showing its number, level, pending bonuses, and history with pagination. Settings for the initial state, bar, card colors, and registration/login forms have been added; the preview displays all states and allows the card to be expanded.
The configurable general login uses the store session. When general login is disabled, the card must be re-confirmed after the next site authorization. The store password is not copied to DABonus. Auto-registration of new active buyers is added via standard Bitrix events and a retry queue; it is enabled separately after configuring participation conditions in the site form. Existing unconfirmed cards are not assigned based on phone number or email match.
Card and login form width fixed: the rigid 620 px limit has been removed. Separate form width, alignment, external margins, shadow, header and balance sizes, button margins, and button border radius have been added.
The editor now embeds a genuine account or order page with unsaved settings, screen width switching, and card state switching. Bonus actions are disabled in preview.
Previously created cards without a password offer a one-time connection code. Passwords are not created automatically; after confirmation, the card opens via the store account, and balance and history are preserved.
Catalog and customer loading from the DABonus panel. Initial synchronization, automatic customer profile updates, and daily full reconciliation. Customers are selected based on site orders; service accounts are not imported. Existing keys, widget settings, and order logs are preserved.
Fixed loading of scripts and styles after an update when the browser cache is filled. Tabs, ready-made themes, and widget view switching work; the preview shows the block's position, width, and ability to disable it. The level name does not break into arbitrary lines.
Added card creation via the store account without a phone number, phone registration with mandatory SMS confirmation, connecting an existing card using a previously set password, and choosing a method for confirming bonus payment. Contact data from the order does not change the confirmed identity of the connected card. Connection via a one-time code is preserved, including manual issuance by an employee without mailings.
Settings texts explain registration, login, and payment options. Public download before moderation completion is disabled.
Fixed processing of exchange statuses: externalEventId from the API response is used. Separate settings and card preview in the account and order widget: position, themes, colors, sizes, texts, and information composition. Added registration settings, profile-based filling, and clear code delivery. The log shows object names, error reasons, and retry time. Public download before moderation is disabled.
Bonus card in the personal account and bonus block during checkout. Configuration of colors, header, history, and display pages. Saving settings and verifying data exchange without page reload. Automatic transfer of product, category, property, and base price changes in rubles; batch queue sending and clear status messages. Settings, key, and payment log are saved. The amount and confirmation of deduction are entered after order creation on the payment page.
Added the "Store → DABonus" item.
Step-by-step store connection and bonus control button.
Settings and exchange log are saved.
