What this solution does

A ready-made solution for creating a website for daily rental of houses, cottages, and leisure bases. This product is designed for owners of one or multiple properties who require their own platform with online booking capabilities without aggregator commissions.

The system performs the following tasks: displays a catalog of properties with photos, descriptions, capacity information, and current prices; processes bookings with date selection, guest count, additional services, and promo codes; calculates the total cost based on seasonal rates and stay rules; tracks occupied dates to prevent double booking of the same property; supports online payments or partial prepayments with manual or automatic booking confirmation; synchronizes the availability calendar with platforms such as Avito, Sutochno, RealtyCalendar, and other services via two-way exchange using the iCal format; provides guests with a personal account for managing bookings, making payments, and rebooking; sends notifications to administrators and guests regarding each booking and payment event; accepts inquiries and requests from website visitors; allows configuration through the admin panel, including name, logo, contact details, color palette, tax information, prices, services, and promo codes.

The settings module contains a "Site Launch" checklist to verify readiness before showing the site to guests.

External Services

Online card payments are processed via T-Bank internet acquiring based on a contract between the site owner and the bank. Commission fees apply according to the bank's tariff. Without acquiring, the site operates in request mode where payment is not mandatory.

Calendar exchange with platforms via the iCal protocol is free; only calendar links from the personal cabinets of platforms are required for setup.

No additional paid services or in-app purchases are included.

Technical Requirements and Limitations

The solution requires PHP 8.2 or higher (tested on 8.4), MySQL or MariaDB database, and the "Information Blocks" and "Highload Blocks" modules.

The source code is open with no obfuscation.

The solution must be installed in the root directory of the domain; installation in subdirectories is not supported.

Site settings (name, contacts, palette, tax details) are stored separately for each site. Payment data and platform links are shared globally.

When installing the codebrain.realty template for a daily house rental site, the previous pages (home, booking, login, and personal cabinet) are replaced only after confirmation in the installation wizard. Before replacement, copies are automatically saved to the /upload/codebrain.realty/backup/ directory. No additional partner modules are required.
