Review system for online stores - Cackle Reviews
This module integrates the Cackle Reviews service into the Bitrix platform, adding a review form to each product page. Users can authorize via popular social networks, including VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, My World, Yandex, and LinkedIn. The system supports cross-posting reviews to social network walls to drive additional traffic.
This module integrates the Cackle Reviews service into the Bitrix platform, adding a review form to each product page. The system supports cross-posting reviews to social network walls to drive additional traffic. To improve visibility in search engines, schema.org/Review microdata is implemented, enabling rating display in search results. Data is synchronized with the local database, and HTML review content is indexed by search engines.
The review collection mechanism includes automated follow-up emails sent to customers a few days after purchase. These follow-up messages increase the likelihood of receiving a review by ten times. A unique feature allows users to submit a review directly within the email without visiting the website, boosting conversion rates by 20% compared to similar systems. The platform also supports sending thank-you emails with promo codes or discounts in response to reviews. Reviews from verified buyers are marked with a 'Verified Buyer' badge, enhancing customer trust and driving sales growth.
The module implements a single sign-on system: users logged into Bitrix are automatically authorized in Cackle Reviews. This allows them to post reviews with their avatar, name, and profile link displayed.
Built-in automatic spam protection.
A real-time administrative panel provides moderation tools including sound and tray notifications, search functionality, user banning, black and white lists, and stop-word filtering. Full user details are available, including IP address, email, browser, operating system, country, and city.
