BXmaker
The module enables operators to add comments to orders, automatically recording the date, time, and author of each entry. It supports the creation of comment templates for quick insertion; if no suitable template exists, operators can enter custom text.
The module enables operators to add comments to orders, automatically recording the date, time, and author of each entry. It supports the creation of comment templates for quick insertion; if no suitable template exists, operators can enter custom text.
The system implements multiple access levels: read-only, write-only, and combined access allowing both reading and template creation with writing capabilities.
Added comments appear in the order list, with the number of displayed entries configurable via module settings.
A new feature allows automatic assignment of the user who opened an order for viewing or editing as the responsible party, along with the immediate addition of a selected comment from the template list. Additionally, the system can include the comment list within the body of email notifications associated with an order.
When needed, General iT can implement “BXmaker. Order Comments”, configure the module and verify it against the current website setup.
