B-ID: Booking Module

What this solution does

The B-ID Booking Module is designed to organize the booking process on websites running on the 1C-Bitrix platform. The solution supports hourly booking with availability visualization via a day-by-day calendar. A dedicated management page is provided for operators to view and process requests while monitoring resource utilization. The system tracks booking statuses to ensure control over their current state. Email notifications are implemented for new requests. The interface is adapted for correct operation on various devices, including mobile phones and tablets. Additionally, the module allows adding a public page for selecting an object, date, and time interval, as well as managing prices and availability rules through the administrative section.

The module provides a visual time slot grid displaying pricing, availability status, and blocked slots. Users can configure working hours boundaries and schedule intervals. Pricing management is handled within the module's administrative section, supporting pricing rules based on condition groups. The system includes a manager mode for processing bookings, status tracking for reservations, and notifications for new orders. The interface is responsive and optimized for mobile devices and tablets. Demo data is provided upon installation to facilitate quick setup.

User Interface

Visitors open the booking page, select an object, date, and a free time slot. An interactive grid clearly displays slot availability and the current price for the selected time. This format is ideal for room rentals, class scheduling, and service booking where a transparent schedule is required without phone calls or manual correspondence.

Administrative Panel

Administrators select the information block containing booking objects and configure working hours, the range of displayed days, pricing, and application conditions. The price management section allows creating rules linked to specific sites, information blocks, or sections. Each rule includes a base price and a set of activation conditions.

The module supports both simple scheduling and scenarios with various tariff plans. Operation requires the 1C-Bitrix: Site Management platform and the installed Information Blocks module. Installation and configuration must be performed by a user with administrator privileges. After installation, the public part is available at /bid.booking/, while the administrative section for price management is located at /bitrix/admin/bid.booking_prices.php.
