What this solution does
Starting from module version 2.0.1, the 'Ozon Delivery for Business' model is available, operating without mandatory binding and stock verification in the seller's Ozon personal account.
The module supports two independent channels: 'Ozon Delivery for Sellers' and 'Ozon Delivery for Business'. Each channel offers separate delivery services to pickup points and via courier.
When an online store order is placed, the system automatically calculates delivery costs and estimated delivery times.
Paid orders can be transferred to Ozon automatically or manually directly from the order page.
A separate manual dispatch option for business allows creating a shipment without generating an order in 1C-Bitrix.
The PDF shipping label for the shipment can be opened and printed directly from the order interface.
The module saves shipment details, automatically updates statuses, and supports all Ozon-defined actions for shipments.
The two independent channels use separate connections, settings, delivery services, and shipment data. Enabling or disabling one channel does not affect the operation of the other.
This module is designed for working with products listed in the Ozon seller cabinet. Matching is performed using the seller's SKU specified in the product card on the website.
The store connects to Ozon via OAuth, with access to the Seller API granted through a private Ozon application. In the module settings, you can select the working scheme: FBS, FBO, or both schemes simultaneously.
During order placement, the system verifies SKUs, product availability, the buyer's phone number, and the selected pickup point or courier delivery address. After calculation, the module saves the cost, delivery time, and selected delivery method in the 1C-Bitrix order.
Once paid, the order is automatically transmitted to Ozon. If automatic sending is disabled, the transfer is performed manually from the order page.
The order page displays shipment details, allows status updates, and enables order cancellation when permitted by Ozon rules.
Product availability is checked against the 'Seller SKU' property. Ozon SKU is not involved in this check. Ensure that the product cards in 1C-Bitrix contain a SKU identical to the one in Ozon. If the SKU is stored in a different property, specify it in the 'Delivery for Sellers' tab.
The delivery timeframe for FBS orders is determined by warehouse settings in the seller's personal account on Ozon.
Delivery Cost Calculation
The module supports six methods for calculating delivery costs, which can be combined:
The cost returned by Ozon, including insurance and markup settings (in percentages or rubles).
A fixed fee.
An additional markup (for example, for item pickup at a pickup point, where rates frequently change).
Calculation based on shipment volume (using standard product fields: length, width, and height).
A percentage of the product cost.
Courier delivery cost.
If the fixed cost is set to 0 rubles, the delivery is displayed to the customer as free.
Ozon Delivery for Business
This mode is intended for products that do not require product cards in the Ozon seller account or matching by the seller's article number.
Business Delivery Implementation
The mode connects via a separate private Delivery API application. Its credentials are stored on the site independently from the standard seller connection settings.
The module creates separate delivery services for pickup points and for courier delivery.
During checkout, the customer can select a pickup point on the map or enter the address in the standard 'Delivery Address' field of 1C-Bitrix.
Delivery cost calculation is based on the cart contents, item weight, and dimensions. The courier address is validated and converted to the format required by Ozon.
Confirmed calculations are stored separately from the calculations generated by the internal seller contour.
After payment, a business shipment is automatically created. Its status, label, and available actions are displayed on a dedicated order page.
Manual Shipment
This feature allows creating a shipment in Ozon without placing an order in the online store.
Open the manual shipment section for business. Enter the recipient's details and phone number, then select a pickup point on the map or enter a courier delivery address.
Select items from the 1C-Bitrix catalog, verify the quantity, price, total weight, and package dimensions.
Calculate the shipping cost and verify the final amount provided by Ozon.
Create the shipment and manage it via the history table: update the status, confirm the shipment, download the PDF label, or cancel the operation.
Manual shipment for business does not create an order in 1C-Bitrix, does not use the Seller API, and does not require items to be present in the Ozon seller cabinet.
Data Privacy
The module does not transmit personal data of your customers to the developer's server.
Data entered by a buyer during checkout remains on your site and is transmitted directly to Ozon via its official API. In the seller scenario, only OAuth authorization and connection verification pass through the developer's server; all operational Seller API requests are executed directly between your site and Ozon. In the business scenario, credentials for the private application are stored on your site in encrypted form, while Delivery API requests are also sent directly between your site and Ozon. When updating your privacy policy, account for the collection, storage, processing, and transmission of buyer personal data to Ozon. Granting access to the private application to the developer does not provide them with access to your store; the setup process involves only a secure technical binding of your site to the Ozon API using the official OAuth authorization method.
Connection is established directly between your site and the Ozon personal account via OAuth authorization. Within the module settings, you will be redirected to the Ozon login page; after signing in, you will grant your site access to data from your Ozon personal account.
