The awz.mailtomax module redirects notifications from the Bitrix mail subsystem to the Max messenger for real-time tracking of critical system events. Key features include automatic interception of email sending via the OnBeforeEventSend event. Each mail template supports three modes: sending a notification to Max, blocking standard email delivery, or enabling both channels simultaneously.
The awz.mailtomax module redirects notifications from the Bitrix mail subsystem to the Max messenger for real-time tracking of critical system events.
Key features include automatic interception of email sending via the OnBeforeEventSend event. Each mail template supports three modes: sending a notification to Max, blocking standard email delivery, or enabling both channels simultaneously. The system automatically converts HTML emails to text format while preserving supported markup. Messages are transmitted through the official botapi.max.ru API.
Module configuration is available in the Bitrix administrative section. Connection to the Max messenger requires the bot authorization token (TGKEY) and the chat or user identifier (TGID). Template behavior is configured individually using two available flags.
The 'Activate' setting enables automatic forwarding of message copies to the Max system. The 'Reject' setting completely blocks email forwarding.
The module uses the built-in Bitrix access control system. The following permissions are required:
View settings — access to the module configuration page.
Edit settings — ability to modify module parameters.
Manage rights — authority to configure access for users and groups.

Purpose The module provides centralized management for Yandex Maps API connections by replacing all direct links to api-maps.yandex.ru with a single URL configured in the settings.
