What this solution does

ArsenalPay is a payment service for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and self-employed individuals registered in Russia. The solution enables online payments without purchasing or renting an online cash register, ensuring automatic transmission of fiscal receipts. The payment widget can be customized to match your website's color scheme. Funds are transferred to your settlement account daily, minus the commission, with no hidden limits, minimum amounts, or additional contract conditions.

The fee is 2.6% per successful transaction. The commission is reduced for turnover exceeding 1 million rubles. Connection and integration are free of charge.

The service supports payments via bank cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Mir issued by any bank worldwide, mobile phone balances of MTS, MegaFon, Beeline, and Tele2 operators, and various electronic wallets. Payment tools comply with the international PCI DSS security standard.

This solution enables payment acceptance without the need to purchase or rent a dedicated online cash register. The ArsenalPay payment system acts as an agent, issuing fiscal receipts on behalf of the service. Receipts display the taxpayer identification number (INN) of the individual entrepreneur or legal entity, along with all data required by Federal Law 54-FZ. Transaction information is transmitted to tax authorities via the Fiscal Data Operator (FDO), while the receipt is sent to the customer's email address.

Costs associated with maintaining the cash register and fiscal memory, which can exceed 40,000 rubles annually, are included in the acquiring commission and do not require additional investment from the user.

A tool for managing payment acceptance, featuring transaction statistics and history, filtering and search capabilities, system settings, full and partial refunds, confirmation of two-step (reserved) payments, invoice generation, and registry export.

The personal cabinet now includes fiscal receipts for every transaction, whether a payment is successful or cancelled. Upon payment, the fiscal receipt is automatically sent to the customer's email, and transaction data is transmitted to the tax authority. All receipts are stored in the personal cabinet and can be viewed, searched, or printed at any time.

This solution eliminates the need to purchase or rent a dedicated online cash register. Payment management and fiscal documentation are handled within a single personal cabinet interface.

For users who prefer not to configure their website or integrate a payment gateway, the Quick Start service is available. This is a ready-to-use payment acceptance solution that requires no website preparation to meet international payment system requirements. Simply place the provided personal link on any page of your site to begin accepting payments within three days. Only the company's tax identification number (INN) is required.
