Best Personal Settings
All project parameters are accessible from a single central location. The Best Personal Settings module provides centralized storage and administration for configurations on 1C-Bitrix websites and Bitrix24 portals. It allows storing corporate data such as company names, logos, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, links, infoblock element IDs, API keys, flags, and operational modes.
Additional connectors for BI analytics
The module extends BI analytics capabilities by allowing configuration of additional tables for data loading. Supported entities include Highload blocks, timeline tables and timeline associations for CRM entities, user custom fields tables, and information blocks with configurable field and property export options.
Dependent fields in parameters when launching a business process
Configuration of field dependencies when launching business processes. Two dependency types are supported: dependent fields appear when the parent field is filled, and dependent fields are bound to specific values of the parent field (for list, linked, and Yes/No field types). The requirement to fill dependent fields can be configured.
Dependent fields in business process tasks
The module enables configuration of field display conditions during the execution of business process tasks. It is compatible with standard activities: 'Request Additional Information' and 'Request Additional Information (with Rejection)'.

The Bestrank AI Connector module enables integration with AI models through business process activities. The portal's administrative section provides three configuration blocks. Model profiles allow working with various models and detailed configuration of each profile. Prompts define integration scenarios, ensuring flexibility and variability.
BestRank. Dependent Fields in CRM
The "Dependent Fields in CRM" module allows configuring field display and completion logic during record creation and editing. Three dependency types are supported: Dependent fields appear only after the parent field is filled. Dependent field values are filtered based on the selected value in the parent field (works for list fields, link fields, and Yes/No fields).
Additional tabs in CRM cards
The module extends CRM card functionality by allowing the creation of additional tabs and replacement of standard ones to facilitate work with related elements. Tab visibility can be configured for different user groups. Currently supported tab types include: Tasks — displays a list of tasks linked to the CRM object.
Delegates in Business Processes
The automatic task delegation module for business processes simplifies workflow management. When the primary assignee is unavailable due to vacation or illness, the system automatically reassigns responsibility, eliminating the need for manual changes to process configurations. Users can define delegation rules for specific time intervals to ensure continuous task control.
Desktops
The module is designed to create workspaces for different user groups with a customized set of widgets. Currently, the following items can be displayed on workspaces: CRM objects (leads, deals, companies, contacts, and smart processes), tasks, CRM cases, business processes, and information blocks (lists and processes in the feed).
User field type and information block property: Binding to list elements in table format
The 'List items binding as a grid' custom field displays related items in a grid format. It allows creating new list records or selecting existing ones.
Mail Integration Extension
This module extends email management capabilities within Bitrix24. It enables administrators to control user mailbox connection settings to the CRM system. The module also allows attaching emails from mailboxes to various system objects, including tasks, leads, contacts, companies, deals, and smart processes.
Field type and property of information blocks: Extended binding to CRM elements
A new field type, 'Extended CRM Element Binding', has been added. It enables the display of additional information about a linked infoblock element. When searching for or viewing CRM elements, an extended set of fields can be shown.
Extensions to standard search functionality in CRM
The module extends the standard CRM search functionality by enabling the search for entities by names containing two or fewer characters. When creating or updating CRM entities (Leads, Deals, Contacts, Companies), the system automatically generates and stores special search versions of the names. For example, "1C" is transformed into "__1C", and "NP Ac Us" becomes "NPAcUs".
Task Module Extensions
The module extends the standard 'Tasks' component. Features: - Enhanced notification management for users with the 'Observer' role. - Ability to copy values from 'Epics', 'Story Points', and 'Sprints' fields to user rights for subsequent report generation. - Tool for controlling and merging tags within tasks.
Interface Settings
The module allows configuring standard Bitrix24 interfaces for different user groups. The current version supports left menu customization.
Knowledge Base Extension
The module extends the capabilities for working with the knowledge base. It supports configuring automatic backup creation on a schedule.

Document Generator Extension
The module allows outputting custom entities in the document generator as a table via an iterator, enabling the formation and printing of data in table format.
List Organizer
The module allows structuring universal lists by dividing them into sections. Individual access rights can be configured for each section. List access is provided via a dropdown menu containing nested sub-sections.
Notification Settings
The module enables flexible notification settings for all portal users, specific groups, or individual employees. It is useful for blocking notifications for an entire department or ensuring that key staff members receive specific alerts. The tool supports all standard notification channels on the portal, including CRM, tasks, business processes, and messages.
Field type and InfoBlock property "Formatted Number"
The module adds a new 'Formatted Number' field type for information blocks. The setting allows customizing how numeric values are displayed in read mode to improve the readability of large numbers.
Update CRM card from business processes
The module adds an activity to send a request to the Push and Pull component. This enables background updates of detailed CRM object cards open to the user.
Activity: Request Document Fields
The module contains the 'Request Document Fields' activity. It creates a task to populate selected fields of an entity item, which may be a CRM object, a list, or a business process.
User field type and information block property "Link to tasks"
The Tasks module in Bitrix24 is a core tool for project management, business processes, and production control. Tasks are frequently linked to CRM elements, yet the current display capabilities have limitations. When a task is created from a CRM object card, it is visible only in that card's timeline or on the 'My Tasks' page.
