What this solution does
The module automates publishing news from information blocks to Telegram channels. Any change to an information block element—creation, update, or deletion—triggers the corresponding action in Telegram. Messages are sent in the format: element title followed by the announcement description. If an element has an announcement image, it is sent as a separate message immediately after the text, with the caption taken from the element title. The module processes only new elements; previously created records are not published to the channel.
